Description

TYT TH-UV88 is TYT's answer to the Baofeng UV-5R or Baofeng UV-82 models. The answer must be admitted very successful.

5W output power in the 136-174MHz and 400-480MHz bands (the so-called unlocked version), FM radio (66-108MHz), CTCSS and DCS, scrambler (simple encryption), 200 memory channels, CTCSS and DCS scanner are only the most important functions of TYT TH-UV88. An extensive, 41-position menu allows you to set a frequency scanner, adjustable white backlight of the screen displaying two frequencies / channels, dual watch (alternating listening to two frequencies) or three-stage transmitter power control (5 / 2.5 / 1W for the VHF 136-174 MHZ band and 4 / 2 / 1W for the UHF band 400-480 MHz).

The excellent material used for the production of the slightly rough housing makes the TYT TH-UV88 fit perfectly in the hand.

The radio, thanks to the wide range of work, allows you to listen to the ham radio, Police, Guard, Ambulance, PKP, TAXI, Security, all other uniformed and municipal services

Desktop charger allows you to charge both the entire radio and the battery itself.

TYT TH-UV88 can be programmed by a computer using the same cable as Baofeng UV-5R or Baofeng UV-82.

Antenna connector in the SMA-M standard (the same as in ICOM, Yaesy or Kenwood radios), an accessory connector compatible with Baofeng devices (which allows you to choose accessories from a very wide range of products).
