UNIDEN UBC125 XLT
The new portable scanner from the well-known UNIDEN brand, the UBC125XLT, is an ultra-fast and easy-to-use wideband receiver for searching and monitoring frequencies in the 25-960 MHz range.
It also supports the 225-400 MHz military aviation band and the CB radio band in AM modulation.
It enables, among other things, monitoring of the CB band - AM and FM modulation (many scanners support only FM in this range, and lack of AM support makes it impossible to monitor this band in Poland) as well as the VHF and UHF bands.
A very good choice for monitoring the radio traffic of services (e.g. fire brigade, ambulance service, municipal services, coastal radio stations, professional services, public institutions) and the marine and aviation bands, as well as the communications of private companies (cordless phones), radio taxis, or monitoring amateur radio bands for ham radio operators (2m and 70cm bands) or portable PMR radio channels.
It provides fast and complete information for the effective work of journalists, detective agencies, road services, and radio monitoring hobbyists.
It enables ultra-fast searching at 300 steps per second! Thanks to the Close Call function, it also allows automatic tuning to local radio signals in the immediate vicinity.
Thanks to the triple conversion circuit, all interference originating from the IF (intermediate frequency) is eliminated.
The built-in headphone input allows not only headphones to be connected but also a voice recorder, so the entire traffic can be recorded (the often available voice activation function starts recording when a conversation begins and records only the important moments).

- Lock-out function - the ability to skip a channel or frequency where the scanner stops during browsing or scanning.
- Automatic function for finding active frequencies and storing them in a memory bank.
- Key Lock - keypad lock prevents accidental changes to the scanner's settings.
- Direct access - allows direct access to frequencies and memory from the numeric keypad.
- Large 2-line display (+ additional information fields) allows the simultaneous display of the numeric current frequency, the text channel name, the currently decoded CTCSS/DCS code, and additional receiver parameters
